Technical Services Division
The Technical Services Division (TSD) provides technical support related to codes and other technical matters to the public. TSD's focus includes code interpretation, code and policy review and development, major emergency response planning and representation at the Board of Appeals, the Code Advisory Committee, the Public Advisory Committee, and other official bodies.
