When we are ready to issue your permit, you will receive an invoice to complete the payment process. Please follow the instructions provided on the invoice. 

DBI accepts the following payment types:

• ACH 
• Credit cards
• eCheck
• Check 
• Wire transfer

Please note that online payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee for credit card payments (minimum $2.00). There is no convenience fee when paying by eCheck.
