In-Person Services Health and Safety Guidelines

To keep our staff and other customers safe please adhere to the following health and safety guidelines before or during your visit to DBI and the Permit Center at 49 South Van Ness Ave:

• Please do not visit if you:

  • Are feeling ill or have any Covid symptoms, including: fever, dry cough, sore throat, diarrhea, headache, loss of taste or smell, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, loss of speech or movement. 

  • Tested positive for the virus in the past 10 days

  • Been in close contact with someone who has tested positive in the past 10 to 14 days

• Face masks are required for all regardless of vaccination status.

• Sanitize your hands upon entering the building and wash your hands frequently during your visit.

• Be prompt with your visit and please depart our building as soon as you have completed the work that requires in-person services from Permit Center staff.
