Customers can drop in between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to pick up permits after we’ve contacted you that your permit is ready for pick-up either because it was issued or you have comments or revisions that need to be addressed. You do not need an appointment to pick up your plans.
 
To complete the permit issuance process, payment is required and can be made a number of different ways to DBI. For more information, visit www.sfdbi.org/payment.
