Interested parties, including Proposers, are specifically directed NOT to contact any employees or officials of the City other than those specifically designated in this RFP and its Attachments. Unauthorized contact may be cause for rejection of proposals at the City’s sole and absolute discretion.
In lieu of a pre-proposal conference and to ensure fair and equal access to information about this RFP, e-mail your questions to dbi.rfp@sfgov.org. Questions must be in writing and received before 1:00pm PT on April 12, 2021. No questions will be accepted after this time with the exception of questions on City vendor compliance or Human Rights Commission requirements.
