Completing the Payment and Permit Issuance Process

We've received inquiries on how existing essential permit project owners can complete the issuance process for their permits. Our staff at Central Permit Bureau and Initial Permit Review can help you complete the process for your permit. 

 

When your permit is ready for payment, you will receive an invoice from DBI with instructions on how to pay remaining fees. You can make the payment to DBI - either by sending a check in the mail, ACH payment or sending through a wire transfer. Starting on May 4, we will also accept payment for filing and issuance fees by e-check, credit card, or debit card.
