AGENDA
1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call. 
Members: Jim Reed, Chair, Brian Salyers, FPE, Robert Wong, M.E., Henry Karnilowicz. 

2.0 Discussion and possible action regarding proposed update to existing Administrative Bulletin AB-047, Specific Submittal Criteria for Reports, Special Inspections and Final Acceptance Testing of Smoke Control Systems. The possible action is to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.                            (30 minutes)

3.0 Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed ordinance (file #151085-2) amending the Building, Housing, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, Health, Planning, and Administrative Codes to clarify and standardize enforcement procedures for violations of Municipal Codes relating to buildings and property, to require departments to report on code enforcement activities, and to direct the City Administrator to coordinate the preparation of standard Citywide forms for code enforcement proceedings. The possible action would be to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.                            (30 minutes)

4.0 Subcommittee Members’ and Staff’s identification of agenda items for the next meeting, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting.  Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.                                                

5.0 Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee.  Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.                                                

6.0 Adjournment.
