Call to Order and Roll Call and confirmation of quorum.

General discussions regarding a Board of Supervisors’ Resolution (#091479) annulling the privilege to occupy certain sub-sidewalk basement encroachments along 4th, Ellis, Geary, Market, O’Farrell and Stockton streets to accommodate the construction of the Central Subway project . (30minutes)

3.0

Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed Ordinance (File No. 100093, by Supervisor Campos) amending the San Francisco Housing Code by amending Section 1002 to add subsection (f) requiring residential hotel owners/operators to post a notice advising hotel occupants that they may telephone the City’s Customer Service Center at 311 to report alleged violations of the Housing Code; adopting findings, including environmental findings. The action would be to make a recommendation to the Building Inspection Commission for their further consideration. (30 minutes)

General discussions regarding issues related to the city’s composting ordinance. (30 minutes)

CAC discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes. (10 minutes)

ACCESSIBLE MEETING INFORMATION POLICY

The meeting will be held at the Department of Building Inspection, located at 1660 Mission Street, Room 2nd Floor. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at 8th (at the United Nations Plaza) and Market Street and 16th at Mission Streets.
