This subcommittee meets regularly on Friday before the second Wednesday of the month at 1660 Mission Street, Room 6034. If you wish to be placed on a mailing list for agendas, please call (415) 558-6205.

AGENDA
1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call Members: Zachary Nathan, AIA,CASp; Arnie Lerner, AIA, CASp; Kevin Wallace; Phillip Williams, P.E., LEED-AP; Ilene Dick.
2.0 Discussion and possible action regarding the standing (existing) San Francisco Amendments to Chapters 13,13A,13B,13C,& 13D of the 2007 San Francisco Building Code (SFBC) along with any new proposed amendments including those amending the 2010 Cal Green code to be located in Chapter 13C. The possible action is to make recommendations to the full Code Advisory Committee whether to keep, revise or to delete a standing amendment, or to add a new amendment to the proposed 2010 SFBC amendments. The standing amendments that will be reviewed are included in the following chapters: (20 minutes)

3.0 Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed amendments to the 2010 California Green Building Standards Code and/ or the standing San Francisco Green Building Requirements in Chapter 13C of the San Francisco Building Code. The possible action would be to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action. (60 minutes)
4.0 Subcommittee Members’ and Staff’s identification of new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.
5.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.
6.0 Adjournment.

ACCESSIBLE MEETING INFORMATION POLICY
The meeting will be held at the Department of Building Inspection, located at 1660 Mission Street, Room 2nd Floor. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at 8th (at the United Nations Plaza) and Market Street and 16th at Mission Streets.
Accessible MUNI/Metro lines servicing this location are the J-Church, K-Ingleside, L-Taraval, M-Ocean View, and N-Judah at Van Ness and Civic Center Stations; 14-Mission; 14L-Mission, 26-Valencia, and 42-Downtown bus lines. For information about MUNI accessible services call (415) 923-6142.
The meeting room is wheelchair accessible. Accessible curbside parking spaces have been designated on Mission Street in front of Discount Builders Supply for mobility-impaired persons. There is accessible parking available at the side lot of 1660 Mission Street.
