  1. Call to Order and confirmation of quorum.
    Members:  Lee Phillips, Chair; Arnie Lerner, AIA; Zachary Nathan, AIA; Tony Sanchez-Corea, III; Henry Karnilowicz
  2. Open joint workshop with the Access Appeals Commission and Disability Access Subcommittee, and possible action by this Subcommittee only, regarding the development of an Administrative Bulletin (AB-090) addressing the design and installation of destination-based elevators for persons with disabilities. The possible action will be to make recommendations to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further consideration.
  3. Public Comment [Public comment will be heard concurrently with Access Appeals Commission public comments.]

The meeting room is wheelchair accessible. Accessible curb side parking spaces have been designated on Mission and Otis Streets. There is accessible parking available within the Department of Building Inspection parking lot. The entrance to this lot is on Otis Street.

Accessible seating for persons with disabilities (including those using wheelchairs) will be available. Assistive Listening devices will be available at the meeting.
