RE: Structural Advisory Committee review of PA# 2016-0401-3790 for the temporary shoring of a new building proposed to be constructed at 287 Cresta Vista Drive (Block 2933, Lot 090), within the Slope Protection Area, in accordance with San Francisco Building Code sec. 106A.4.1.4.

4. Per SAC Review meeting minutes on August 31, 2018: 
A) Limit duration and completion of excavation shoring timeframe. 
B) Review of excavation shoring sequence. 
C) Review of excavation shoring drawings: -Access ramp. -Survey monitoring of site and building of north adjacent lot (19 Sherwood Court) 
during excavation shoring operation. -Slope inclinometer location illustrated on shoring plan, monitoring to be provided. -Pre-construction meeting with OSHA, shoring contractor, and all project team 
consultants. -Weekly excavation shoring progress reports submitted to SAC members for review. -Drilled holes for soldier beams backfilled same day.
