1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call
Jim Reed, Chair; Brian Salyers, FPE; Robert Wong, M.E.; Henry Karnilowicz.

2.0 Discussion and possible action regarding conforming San Francisco’s existing amendments to the 2016 California Electrical Codes the 2017 National Electric Code along with the approved California State agency amendments to them for 2019 San Francisco Code Adoption.
The possible action would be to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.

3.0 Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed ordinance amending the Plumbing Code to delete the local amendment to the California Plumbing Code referring to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s Rules and Regulations in the section on Cross-Connection Control, and to add local cross-connection controls for beverage dispensers and industrial water chillers and a testing requirement for backflow prevention assemblies or devices.
The possible action would be to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action

4.0 Subcommittee Members’ and Staff’s identification of new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.

5.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.

6.0 Adjournment.
