Structural Advisory Committee review of PA #2009-0720-3020 S for a new building proposed to be constructed at 40 Edgehill Way, within the Edgehill Mountain Slope Protection Area, in accordance with San Francisco Building Code Section 106A.4.1.2.

AGENDA

 

1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call

Structural Advisory Committee Members:

Frank L. Rollo, Chair, geotechnical engineer

Kelly Cobeen, structural engineer

Betsy Mathieson, geologist

Gary Gee, architect

 

2.0 Introduction of project sponsor and project design team, followed by presentation by design team of the proposed project, including key technical aspects. Questions from SAC members to design team.

 

3.0 Discussion and technical review of drawings and documents for the proposed new construction by SAC members. Design team and project sponsor will respond to any further questions and requests for clarification by SAC members.

 

4.0 Discussion and possible action on Site Permit PA#2009-0720-3020 S, for new building proposed to be constructed at 40 Edgehill Way.

 

5.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Structural Advisory Committee for 40 Edgehill Way. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.

 

6.0 Adjournment
