Call to Order and Roll Call

Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Quorum established with 2 members present.

Approval of the minutes of the Structural Subcommittee regular meeting of Januaryr 12, 2010.

A motion to approve the minutes. Seconded and approved.

3.0

Discussion and possible action on possible modifications to San Francisco Building Code Section 105A.7 to remove the requirement for an Unreinforced Masonry Building Appeals Board.

David Leung will re-draft this as an amendment to 2010 San Francisco Building Code for further discussion.

Discussion and possible action on proposed amendments on structural provisions to the 2010 California Building Code,

The proposed 2010 California amendments to 2009 International Building Code were distributed. David Leung will draft the proposed amendments on structural provisions to this 2010 California Building Code for further discussion.

Discussion and possible action on proposed amendments on structural provisions to the 2010 California Residential Code,

The proposed 2010 California amendments to 2009 International Residential Code were distributed. David Leung will draft the proposed amendments on structural provisions to this 2010 California Residential Code for further discussion.
