1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call.
Members: Stephen Harris, S.E.; Chair; Rene’ Vignos, S.E.; Marc Cunninham
Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Quorum established with 2 members present.
2.0 Approval of the minutes of the Structural Subcommittee regular meeting of November 9, 2010.
A motion to approve the minutes. Seconded and approved.
3.0 Discussion and possible action on updating Administrative Bulletins: AB-046, AB-094 to 2010 San Francisco Building Code.
(i) AB-046: Draft #4 was discussed.
Editorial changes will be incorporated into draft #5, which will be forwarded to full CAC for further discussion and action.
(ii) AB-094: Draft #2 was discussed, but not approved.
Draft #1 was revised to add “Partial Rehabilitation Objective” to RETROFIT STANDARD B, resulting in Draft #3, which will be forwarded to full CAC for further discussion and action.
4.0 Discussion and possible action on proposed amendments to CBC and CRC by Tri-chapter Uniform Code Committee (TUCC)
No discussion.
5.0 Items 3.0 and 4.0 will be continued in next meeting.
6.0 Public Comment:

7.0 Adjournment.
