Housing Code Subcommittee

This Subcommittee meets regularly on the Monday before the second Wednesday of each month at 1660 Mission Street, Room 2031. If you wish to be placed on a mailing list for agendas, please call (415) 575-6832.

1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call

2.0 Review and discussion of standing (existing) requirements in Chapters 1, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12A, and 13 of the 2007 San Francisco Housing Code (SFHC) and proposals for revisions or additions to same with possible recommendations to the full Code Advisory Committee. The recommendations made will be to keep, revise or to delete a standing amendment, or to add a new amendment to the proposed 2010 SFHC. The standing Amendments that will be reviewed are included in the following chapters:

3.0 Subcommittee Members’ and Staff’s identification of new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes. (5 minutes)
2.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair. (5 minutes)
3.0 Adjournment.
