1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call

2.0 Discussion and possible action regarding the standing (existing) San Francisco amendments of the 2007 San Francisco Building Code along with any new proposed amendments. The possible action is to make recommendations to the full Code Advisory Committee whether to keep, revise, or delete a standing amendment, or to add a new amendment to the proposed 2010 SFBC. 3.0 Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed integration of the 2010 California Residential Code into the proposed 2010 San Francisco Building Code. The possible action is to make recommendations to the full Code Advisory Committee whether to keep, revise, or delete a standing amendment, or to add a new amendment to the proposed 2010 SFBC or any other code.    (90 minutes)
 
4.0 Discussion and possible action regarding any revisions or additions related to the Building Code or any other code. The possible action is to make recommendations to the full Code Advisory Committee whether to keep, revise, or delete a standing amendment, or to add a new amendment to the proposed 2010 SFBC or any other code.          (30 minutes)                           

5.0 Subcommittee Members’ and Staff’s identification of new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.

6.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee.  Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.

7.0 Adjournment.
