Administrative & General Design Subcommittee

1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call

Members: Arnold Lerner, AIA, acting-Chair; Zachary Nathan, AIA; Tony Sanchez-Corea, III; Frederic Freund; Dorie Lee.
  1. Approval of Minutes of the subcommittee meeting of January 17, 2001.
  2. Discussion and possible action on proposed Administrative Bulletin AB-038 regarding Investigative Fee for Work Without Permit (Draft #1.) The possible action will be to make further revisions or to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.
  3. Discussion and possible action on proposed Administrative Bulletin AB-040 regarding Referral of Architects and Engineers to License Boards (Draft #1.) The possible action will be to make further revisions or to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.
  4. Subcommittee Member’s and Staff’s identification of new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.

6.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.
