Remote Access to Information and Participation
In accordance with this Local Health Emergency, the “Declaration of Local Health Emergency Regarding Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19),” and the Citywide Health Order issued by the Department of Public Health, “Order by the Health Officer (No. C19-02),” aggressive recommendations have been issued to slow down or reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. People are especially encouraged to participate remotely by submitting comments rather than attending in person, to protect the vulnerable populations.

1.0 Call to Order, Roll Call and confirmation of quorum.
2.0 Approval of the minutes of the Code Advisory Committee regular meeting of February 12, 2020.
3.0 Announcement regarding distribution of San Francisco Amendments to 2019 California Code of Regulations Title 24.
4.0 Discussion and possible action regarding proposed Administrative Bulletin - 111 “Guidelines for Preparation of Geotechnical and Earthquake Ground Motion Reports for Foundation Design of Tall Buildings”.
The possible action would be to make a recommendation to the Building Inspection Commission for their further action.
5.0 Continued discussion regarding status of previous recommendations to the BIC.
6.0 Continued discussion regarding an Information Sheet about the change of occupancy types and associated occupant load factors over time.
7.0 Continued discussion regarding update on the status of the Accessible Business Entrance (ABE) program.
8.0 Public Comments on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes or as determined by of the Chairperson.
