WEEK ONE: HOUSING & FIRE SAFETY

Housing and Fire Safety Tips for Your Home & Property

With many of San Francisco’s more than 20,000 apartment buildings more than 50 years old, it’s critical that building owners remain vigilant in ensuring their properties are properly maintained and safe for all those living in them. Join DBI and SF Fire Department at a 1-hour brown-bag session to learn how you can conduct an inspection of your property/unit to protect against fire hazards. City staff will discuss the various types of inspections performed, where in the building they take place and what to look for.  Fire and housing safety tips will also be provided.
