Selection of new chairperson and vice chairperson.

File No. 2006-01:  3016 Jackson Street, Mr. Patrick Buscovich, Structural Engineer, requests a variance to Section 1003.2.4 of the 2001 San Francisco Building Code to allow the minimum ceiling height for an exit path less than 7’0 as required by code.  The area affected by this request is at the basement level, existing laundry room where the ceiling height is 6 feet 4 inches.
