a. Appeal No. 00-03 (PA #2000208316) Ms. Linda H. Parker

353 Sacramento Street On April 12, 2000 a rehearing of this appeal was granted based on new information. The appellant is requesting a determination of equivalent facilitation for the front transfer accessible toilet stalls on most of floors (2-23) used in conjunction with fully accessible toilet stalls on five floors (4,6,16,17,18). This matter was continued from the hearing of July 26, 2000.

Commissioners’ and Staff’s open discussion to identify new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another regular commission meeting, site visit or special meeting. Commission discussion and possible action regarding procedural issues related to access appeals.
