File No. 2006-02: Harrison Street, Mr. Marc DiGiacomo, Architect, requests a variance to Section 1203.4.3 of the 2001 San Francisco Building Code. This variance would enable passive ventilation to be accomplished via a wind-driven roof fan, which Mr. DiGiacomo proposes is equivalent to providing ventilation via a horizontal air intake, not less than 10 feet in area, at the bottom of an existing light court. |

The Commission meeting room is wheelchair accessible. An Accessible curbside parking space has been designated on the Mission Street in front of Discount Builders Supply. There is accessible parking available at the side lot to 1660 Mission Street.
