File No. 2006-02:  Harrison Street, Mr. Marc DiGiacomo, Architect, requests a variance to Section 1203.4.3 of the 2001 San Francisco Building Code.  This variance would enable passive ventilation to be accomplished via a wind-driven roof fan, which Mr. DiGiacomo proposes is equivalent to providing ventilation via a horizontal air intake, not less than 10 feet in area, at the bottom of an existing light court.
