Election of the Chair and Vice Chair for the Code Advisory Committee.  The term of office for each is one year and will commence with the CAC regular meeting of February 18, 2004 directly following the election.

Discussion and possible action regarding Draft #4 of a proposed Administrative Bulletin AB-057, Roof Hatches Serving Stairs to Roof.  The possible action will be to provide comments to the Building Inspection Commission for their further action.

Discussion regarding resolution introduced at the California Legislature by Assemblyman Leland Yee, D-San Francisco that urges the state to consider Feng Shui in its building practices.

Discussion of building façade safety issues and inspection.  Discussion of related document ASTM E 2270-03, Standard Practice for Periodic Inspection of Building Façades for Unsafe Conditions.

Pursuant to Section 67.7-1(c) of the San Francisco Administrative Code, members of the public who are unable to attend the public meeting or hearing may submit written comments regarding a calendared item to Chief Building Inspector Laurence Kornfield, at 1650 Mission Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103 or at the place of the scheduled meeting.  These written comments shall be made a part of the official public record.
