1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call

2.0 Approval of the minutes of the subcommittee meeting March 8, 2000.

3.0 Review and possible action regarding potential conflicts Section 310.14 (Existing Group R, Division 1 Occupancies) of the 1998 San Francisco Building Code and the 1998 San Francisco Housing Code.
[Copies of Housing Code Sections 706, 808, and 902, Building Code Section 310.14, Ordinance 319-86 (Hotel Sprinkler Ordinance), Code Ruling HC-903-1 (Hotel Sprinkler Ordinance), and matrix comparing San Francisco and State of California code requirements for R-1 Occupancies (apartments and hotels) were distributed to subcommittee members at the previous meeting.]
4.0 Subcommittee Member’s and Staff’s identification of new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.
5.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.
6.0 Adjournment.
