1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
President Stables called the special meeting of the Access Appeals Commission to order at 10:09 a.m.

The meeting was called to order by President Stables and roll call was taken. A quorum of three members was present.

2. CONTINUED APPEALS:
Appeal No. OA #00-03 (PA #2000208316) 353 Sacramento Street Ms. Linda Parker
Presentation by Linda Parker of the Huntsman Architectural Group representing the building ownership for 353 Sacramento St
Provided a schedule and discussed the issues related to the installation of the fully compliant restrooms.
Motion by Commissioner Baltimore to grant the appeal with the condition that the 10, 21, and 13th floors are altered as presented in the schedule presented. That the schedule be attached to the building permits so the schedule will be apparent to the building inspector. This appeal is based on fiscal constraints.
President Stables requested public comment. There was no public comment. Public comment was closed.

Discussion of the status of the ’aisles’ code ruling and the question of AAC appeals possibilities.
