Call to Order and Roll Call and confirmation of quorum.

Approval of minutes of the Regular Meetings of September 17, 2003.

Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed ordinance amending Section 3407 of the San Francisco Building Code to regulate work that disturbs or removes lead-based paint in the interior of pre-1979 buildings that are in Occupancy Groups E-3, R-1, or R-3, as well as the exterior of pre-1979 buildings and all steel structures.  The proposed action will be to make a recommendation to the Building Inspection Commission (BIC) for their further action.  Members of the Lead Hazard CAC will be in attendance to describe the minor revisions to the last draft and answer questions regarding the proposed ordinance.

Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed Administrative Bulletin AB-060, Information Technology Rooms Defined and Requirements, that provides guidelines for determining what constitutes an Information Technology room per SF Electrical Code and what requirements apply to such Information Technology rooms.  The proposed action will be to make a recommendation to the Building Inspection Commission (BIC) for their further action.

Discussion and possible action regarding San Francisco Building Code Section 106.2 Work Exempt From Permit, Item 19, that exempts a system of six or fewer automatic fire sprinkler heads from requiring a building permit for installation.  The possible action will be to make a recommendation to the Technical Services Division for their further action.
