The proposed action will be to direct the Technical Services Division (TSD) to continue, revise, or delete the work on these proposals. |

Discussion and possible action regarding Draft #20 of a proposed Administrative Bulletin AB-059, “Mitigation of Asbestos Hazards During Alteration or Demolition,” including a draft of a companion brochure describing asbestos hazards. The action will be to provide comments to the full Code Advisory Committee for their review and further action. |

Discussion and possible action regarding consistent interpretation of requirements under Administrative Bulletin AB-037, Non-Complying Exit Separation in Existing Group B, F-1, M, S-1, and S-2 Occupancies. Specifically, the discussion will focus on the fire-resistive requirements for intra-tenant partitions that create complying tenant “compartments” for purposes of equivalent exit separation. The possible action will be to direct TSD to clarify or revise this administrative bulletin as determined. |

Pursuant to Section 67.7-1(c) of the San Francisco Administrative Code, members of the public who are unable to attend the public meeting or hearing may submit written comments regarding a calendared item to Chief Building Inspector Laurence Kornfield, at 1650 Mission Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103 or at the place of the scheduled meeting. These written comments shall be made a part of the official public record.

The meeting will be held at the Department of Building Inspection, located at 1660 Mission Street, Room 2nd Floor. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at 8th (at the United Nations Plaza) and Market Street and 16th at Mission Streets.
