NEW APPEAL: Appeal # 05-01
Presentation by Jeffery Feldman, Architect. Commissioner Brown referenced the signage submittal by the appellant and asked if the garage was a public parking garage.
Mr. Feldman said they charge for the parking but that it is open to the public. It is not limited to tenants or occupant of the building.
Commissioner Brown asked if it was possible to get the yellow zone or part of the white zone, in front of the building, converted to a ‘blue’ space.
Mr. Feldman, Timothy Losch, Facilities Manager and Commissioner Brown discussed various aspects of the yellow and blue zone locations, grading issues, and curb cut locations.
Commissioner Baltimore said that she is used to seeing cost figures because usually it is cost prohibitive. Not figures were given.
Mr. Feldman said that they did not do a complete design and structural analysis. The nature of the structure was so pervasive - if is was an occasional girder (not completed)
Commissioner Baltimore said she understood.
Commissioner Brown made the motion to honor (approve) the ratification for a maximum of three (3) years.
