AGENDA
1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call
Members: Fredric Freund, Chair; Dorie Lee; Arnold Lerner, AIA; Zachary Nathan, AIA; Tony Sanchez-Corea, III.
2.0 Approval of minutes of the subcommittee meeting of May 21, 2003.
3.0 Continued discussion and possible action regarding a proposed ordinance File No. 030353 (Supervisor Gonzalez) amending the San Francisco Building Code by amending Section 106.3.3 to require proposed curb cuts to be shown on plans and specifications and by adding Section 106.4.1.3 to require curb cut or street tree removal permits required for a project to be approved and issued by the Department of Public Works prior to the issuance of a building permit.
4.0 Status report, discussion, and possible action regarding a new Administrative Bulletin AB-059 Mitigation of Asbestos Hazards During Alteration or Demolition (Draft #11). The possible action will be to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee regarding the direction for the further development of this draft of the proposed bulletin.
5.0 Subcommittee Members’ and Staff’s identification of new agenda items, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.
6.0 Public Comment: Public comment will be heard on items not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Code Advisory Committee. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.
7.0 Adjournment.
