AGENDA
1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call

2.0 Discussion and possible action regarding proposed legislation amending Chapter 31 of the San Francisco Building Code to ban the installation of wood-burning fireplaces and similar devices in new and remodeled residences. The possible action will be to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.
3.0 Discussion and possible action regarding disposition of Group R, Division 1 Occupancy hallway ventilation standards which were previously required under the 1995 San Francisco Building Code. The possible action will be to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.
4.0 Discussion and possible action regarding proposed Administrative Bulletin clarifying the use of skylights in locations which are within a distance to the property line where openings in walls are prohibited or required to be protected. The possible action will be to continue review of this item or to make a recommendation to the full Code Advisory Committee for their further action.
5.0 Public Comment. Comment time is limited to 3 minutes per person or at the call of the Chair.
6.0 Subcommittee Member’s and Staff’s identification of agenda items for the next meeting, as well as current agenda items to be continued to another subcommittee regular meeting or special meeting. Subcommittee discussion and possible action regarding administrative issues related to building codes.
7.0 Adjournment.
